Pulsar is pleased to announce the launch of the Telos Upgradeability Service, effective from 22nd July in the European Union, Switzerland, and Norway. This program enables users to enhance their Telos thermal imaging monoculars through hardware upgrades.
How It Works
Customers interested in upgrading their Telos will need to contact their local Pulsar dealer or distributor, who will provide a quote for the selected upgrade. The device will then be sent to Pulsar engineers for the upgrade and returned to the dealer/distributor, who will deliver the upgraded monocular to the customer within the agreed period.
What is Upgradeable
The Upgradeability service offers the opportunity to enhance the device’s capabilities cost-effectively. Upgrades include higher-class sensors, more powerful objective lenses (for the Telos XQ/XQ LRF model, tied to a sensor upgrade), and laser rangefinders for non-LRF devices.
Which Devices Can Be Upgraded
The upgrade service is available for all Telos thermal imaging monoculars except the top model, Telos LRF XL50. The following models can be upgraded as needed:
• Telos XQ35
• Telos LRF XQ35
• Telos XG50
• Telos LRF XG50
• Telos XP50
• Telos LRF XP50
• Telos XL50
This service ensures that Pulsar devices remain at the forefront of technological advancement, providing sustainable, long-lasting solutions for customers.
