On 18 July, the Yukon Group entity in Latvia, “Pulsar Optics,” had the honour of hosting Inga Bērziņa, the head of the Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development of Latvia, on a working visit. The Minister was received by the Director of Pulsar Optics, Pavel Grigorjevs, and the Chief Communications Officer of the Yukon Group, Germanas Kavalskis.

During the visit, the Minister was briefed on the activities of the Yukon Group and the operations of “Pulsar Optics.” The Minister commended the high level of technological advancement at the company and its significant contribution to the regional economy.

The Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development oversees investments and regional development in Latvia. Accordingly, discussions focused on strategic development and attracting investments to Daugavpils, with the goal of enhancing the city’s appeal to potential employers and promoting further investments in the region.

This visit is part of a series of planned visits by members of the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers to the Latgale region, marking the third visit to our company. Previously, “Pulsar Optics” was visited by the Ministers of Finance and Economics of Latvia.
