Available vacancy in our Vilnius office: Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

In the Social Media Manager role, you will be the voice of Pulsar across the company’s most important social platforms, with direct influence of brand perception and audience engagement for thousands of outdoor enthusiasts worldwide.

• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy in line with business objectives, product launches, campaigns, and brand priorities.
• Define, track, and optimize core social media KPIs.
• Own end-to-end content planning and performance for social media.
• Manage the entire content creation process from research to crafting narratives and visuals tailored to each platform’s audience to ensure social content is informative, engaging, and visually aligned with the brand.
• Monitor conversations and manage community interactions, identifying potential brand reputation risks and coordinating responses across primary and secondary channels (e.g., X, YouTube, Reddit, forums, Facebook groups).
• Identify new platforms and communities where our audience is active and propose strategic directions for growth.
• Build and maintain a scalable creative production workflow collaborating with copywriters, designers, video producers, product marketing, and content teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing organic brand social accounts, preferably Facebook and Instagram.
• Excellent writing skills in English and Lithuanian, with ability to adapt tone by audience and platform.
• Demonstrated ability to turn existing content, data, and audience insights into post drafts or creative briefs.
• Familiarity with Figma and an understanding of basic design workflows, enabling effective collaboration with designers and videographers.
• Analytics & reporting skills to turn data into recommendations.
• Time & project management skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

It’s a plus, if you have:

• Prior experience working with audiences and products in hunting, birdwatching, wildlife observation, or other relevant markets.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German, Polish, French).
• Familiarity with reputation management and social listening tools.
• Experience with performance marketing, influencer collaborations, or UGC programs.

We offer:

• Salary from 3000 to 4100 EUR (with monthly bonus included) before taxes.
• Annual Bonus paid according to personal annual goals upon completion of a year of employment.
