Available vacancy in our Vilnius office: Electronics Design Engineer

We are looking for an Electronics Design Engineer who is passionate about PCB design, hardware testing, and bringing innovative products to life. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Hardware Development

• Design and simulate analog, digital, and basic mixed-signal circuits under senior guidance
• Create schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer)
• Select components considering performance, availability, cost, and basic industry standards

Prototyping, Testing & Bring-up Assemble

• Test and evaluate prototypes to validate hardware designs
• Debug and troubleshoot board-level issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters
• Assist with RF circuit bring-up and antenna verification where applicable

Product Integration & Compliance

• Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers to integrate hardware into final product
• Prepare documentation concluding the bring-up process and/or evaluation of a technology

Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in hardware design and PCB layout
• Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and standard serial protocols (I2C, SPI, UART)
• Experience with multi-layer PCB layout (4+ layers) and high-speed signal routing guidelines
• Working knowledge of basic power supply design (buck/boost converters, LDOs) and signal processing

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with video protocols or high-speed interfaces (USB SS, HDMI, DisplayPort)
• Basic understanding of RF principles or antenna integration
• Embedded C/C++ programming skills for hardware bring-up.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Ability to maintain clear technical documentation (schematics, test plans, BOMs)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware)

• Salary from 3500 to 4500 EUR (with monthly bonus included) before taxes.
