Viktar Vincha has spent 27 years at Yukon, rising to production manager of one of Yukon’s largest factories from an entry-level position. His story parallels the company’s own growth and expansion from less than 100 employees to more than 700 in his factory today. He was also one of the core people to contribute to the introducing new technologies that led to the production of sophisticated electronic devices.
“Every employee knows that they can achieve great things if they try. Management always encourages us to be ambitious.”
“Out of nine production department managers, six started working out on the factory floor. Others also rose through the ranks, growing, developing and learning with the company. ”
Viktar’s own career development within the company has been impressive. He started out glueing parts on scopes and after years of hard work became a production manager – a role he has held for seven years now. The company’s unique family-like atmosphere has kept many employees, like Viktar, there for years. He considers Yukon a second home.
Viktar has also witnessed the company’s warm attitude towards employees, with different generations of families working there and being trained in various specializations. Viktar says that Yukon offers a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and learning, and good social packages. For Viktar, one of the main factors determining the company’s success is the leadership of the CEO Aliaksandr Alsheusky, his technologically innovative mindset and personal encouragement for Yukon’s professionals.
